Counseling Department

Overview

The Counseling Department has more than 30 lawyers to provide professional and efficient legal counseling services, and fully assist clients to establish a legal risk prevention and control mechanism. After years of practice, the department has won the trust of the society and the clients. We now provide perennial legal services for more than 200 clients of various types, such as Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, Poly Group, Huawei Terminal Company, Golden State Paper, Fuying Hotel and Rural Commercial Bank.

Service Features

* Help enterprises to prevent and reduce risks from the mechanism, and establish risk management mechanism including system, process and practical documents for enterprises in high-risk areas such as labor, daily transaction and loan settlement

* Integrate legal services into the daily management of the enterprise, check legal risks regularly every month, issue lawyers’ opinions, and take the initiative to find problems and nip them in the future

* Set up a service team of five people for each client based on different needs of clients

* Provide regular training for clients

* System guarantees and open resources sharing
